James V Lau, Esq

Jim has been an attorney since graduating from The University of Georgia, Athens in 1972. He was a partner with Holland & Knight in Tampa for several years and later the founder and long-time president of Lau, Lane, Pieper, Conley & McCreadie, P.A., in Tampa. He has been in private practice since early 2000 focusing on personal financial planning, estate planning and estate administration.

By working with Jim our clients can establish and implement all forms of wills, trusts and related legal devices to provide for orderly flow of assets at the death of a client.

Jim is a member of The Florida Bar and The Hillsborough Bar Association.
